We don't need
any more reminders from Mother Nature to
confirm her ferocity - Tsunamis, Hurricanes,
Volcanoes & Earthquakes are all in a days work
and the energy produced could power our energy
needs several times over.
Why don't we try to work with
nature for
once, instead of constantly working against
it? We won't win.

on very low overheads and resource use is kept
to an absolute minimum in every aspect of our
business.
Although we fully support the
3 R's - Reduce, Re-use & Recycle, (we
don't support 'Recovery' that's a fancy term
for incineration and we certainly do not
support that!) our favourite is REDUCE.
Simplify your life - if you don't use it in
the first place you don't need to bother
recycling or re-using it!

don't send any paper documents - unless
specifically requested. Our main energy
consumption is on electricity to run the
computers - supplied by 'juice' - a partnership
between Greenpeace
& npower - a more sustainable energy

However there is only so much we can do as
individuals and small businesses -
creating a more sustainable planet requires
huge political will. It is up to us to force
the change through our democratic systems.
As many of our
items are sourced from developing countries,
we have to arrange transport of these items.
We request our products to be shipped by sea
as opposed to by air transport and it's higher emissions.
We import small quantities of small items like
trinkets, keyrings pens and notebooks
It is all about
making simple common sense decisions in our
everyday activities that will help to reduce
our consumption of energy and resources.

package all items in acid-free tissue paper in
a padded envelope to protect the goods in
transit. We are constantly reviewing packaging
options to minimise our environmental impact.
