Don't misinterpret us,
funder's provide much needed and much appreciated finance for
many wonderful projects all over the world - but obtaining
this funding is often time consuming, highly competitive and
not guaranteed. There are pros and cons to everything.
We
feel very strongly, that without the many thousands of
community and voluntary groups who work to achieve positive
changes, the world would be a much gloomier place. This is why
we exist; to support the community and voluntary sector in
whatever way we can - whether raising money via enterprise or
by providing community and voluntary groups with
professionally qualified environmental experts, completely
free of charge. It is the responsibility of all, to work
together to achieve the necessary changes - we are doing our
bit - are you doing yours?
Our
advisors hold Bachelor of Science, B.Sc.(Hons) in relevant
environmental disciplines and between them, have many years
of experience in highly diverse environmental, scientific and
community projects and therefore understand the problems and
challenges that face groups on a day to day basis - usually
fundraising and project development costs!
Raising your own funds means that you can use your money how
you want - create paid employment in your local community,
whilst contributing to the creation of sustainable communities
by developing small scale social enterprises or community
